Return Policy

You'll find that we have the most liberal return policy around. You can return your wedding favors within three months of the order date for any reason. No questions asked. (Personalized items cannot be returned.)

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 7 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. Wedding favors is shipped from our suppliers; therefore, wedding favors, wedding veil and head piece orders are shipped serperately. If you require a rush order, please call us, toll-free at 1888-818-8588 or select the rush option at the checkout form.

Shipping

Our Wedding Favors uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you. Shipping charges will be based on the number of items you purchased - once we get the total from the shipping department, we will calculate and email you the total charges.

We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO and FPO addresses.
