To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return products must also be in the original packaging. No refund will be issued until all items have been inspected and approved by WeddingVeil.com
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, refunded, or exchanged. We cannot accept any type of return for custom orders, final clearance priced items. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. WeddingVeil.com reserves the right to make decisions concerning partial refunds.
WeddingVeil.com will not be liable for any problems with your purchase if notification is not received within 14 days of receipt. No returns, refunds, or exchanges for any WeddingVeil.com product will be accepted without a notification within this time frame.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of such item and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
You may exchange any unused, original condition veil for another color or if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send an email to email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the original outgoing shipping charges as well.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and insure the package for the full value.
