Shipping Policy

TIME:

We understand how important it is to have your full bridal ensemble ready long before you take that walk down the aisle. That being said, we want to make sure you are aware that shipping times for sending and receiving may vary.

We will ship your order using USPS shipping with delivery confirmation and online tracking for the US customers. 

We are happy to do our part in making sure you receive your item on time and are honored that our team has the opportunity to serve anyone in any location, but please be understanding to the following:

  • The date of arrival is dependent on which location option is chosen when sending out your purchase.
  • The processes in each country are different in regards to receiving and delivering packages.
  • When shipping internationally, US postal service will require our customer’s phone number to ensure that the package is delivered correctly. If there is an issue with delivery, your local postal service can reach out to the phone number listed for assistance.
Important Note! Due to the USPS first-class domestic weighting system requirement, all large veils with length 65 inches or longer must choose "Priority Mail" in order to be more reliably expected shipment.

    COST:

    Shipping costs are another variable, depending on size and weight of the package, location of delivery, and estimated time of delivery. Rates are subject to change without notice and can fluctuate daily based on the postal service guidelines. All shipping costs are your responsibility.

     

    OTHER:

    Please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct! WeddingVeil.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items after your item has been shipped.

    Should your item be damaged during the shipping process, we do have an exchange policy. You will be responsible for being in touch with us regarding the issue within 14 days of receipt of the damaged item and for the cost of shipping the damaged item back to us.
